2.2 Account Security

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
We may verify your identity before processing withdrawals. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving license. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the permanent closure of the account.

3.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- After a successful deposit, funds are usually credited to the account instantly.
- Not using the correct reference number during a deposit may cause delays.
- Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Processing is usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives you a ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.2 Wagering Rules
- The bonus amount received must be wagered 20 times.
- Certain games or game categories may be excluded from wagering.
- There is a specific time limit to complete the wagering requirement — details will be provided at the time of accepting the offer.
- If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed. Bonus offers must be used for personal entertainment purposes only.
4.4 Right to Modify Offers

If a game is cancelled due to server issues, disconnection, or any other technical fault, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. However, if the game result has already been determined, that result will be considered final.
5.3 Maximum Bet Limit
A maximum bet limit per game applies while an active bonus is in use. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled and we reserve the right to void the winnings from that round.

6.2 Consequences of Violations
